Welcome! jbabytwinkleSTAR. provides a space for people to showcase their music, give their opinions and interact with one another. While encouraging this engagement, we expect all users to treat each other with respect and courtesy.

You may use and contribute to the site subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the services available from the domain and sub-domains of www.jbabytwinkleSTAR.com (the "Site") you are agreeing to the following terms, including those available by hyperlink (the "User Agreement") with jbabytwinkleSTAR and the general principles for the web sites of our subsidiaries and international affiliates.

jbabytwinkleSTAR and the Community work together to keep the site working properly and the Community safe.

Please report problems, offensive content, and policy violations to us. If you think that a comment that has been posted is offensive, unsuitable or has in some other way breached these terms, please email us at report@jbabytwinkleSTAR.com with a link to the comment and your reasons for objecting to it. We'll look into it and if we consider it to be grounds for editing or removing the comment, we will take appropriate action.

Content License

Liability

Also, the STARclassifieds section of the Site is a venue to allow anyone to offer, sell, and buy just about anything, at anytime, from anywhere, in a variety of pricing formats and venues, such as stores, negotiable or fixed price formats. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, the ability of buyers to pay for items, or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.

We do not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer. Unless the buyer and the seller agree otherwise, the buyer will become the item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of the item from the seller. Further, we cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our services, and operation of the Site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. Release

No Agency

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

Privacy

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
